My favorite part in the s/r/e games is the part when you get to surf out at sea and go to the rest of the islands. And lets not forget fighting team aqua/magma and both of them in emearld. And its pretty cool how you get to dive under water and find a finding that one hard pokemon to come across Relicanth which later one helps you unlock the regi's in the game. But other then that its a really cool part of the game battling trainers in the water, diving under water, and the epic battle to stop Kyogre and Groudon.

My favorite part was....

Ruby:
Groudon

Sapphire:
Kyogre

Emerald:
Fighting both, Team Aqua and Magma
Getting all three legendaries, Rayquazza, Groudon, and Kyogre.
When Groudon and Kyogre fought the special show for us, it was awesome!

The southern island glitch on sapphire... it happened on my game cartridge... after i dropped it
