Who's That Pokemon!?

Alright, so here is how it works. I start out thinking of a Pokemon and write a description about that Pokemon, then you guys try and guess what it is and the winner does the same thing. Alright, I'll start out.....

they were statues in the Basement of the burnt tower {the eastern one until awakened}

this pokemon was seen in the second episode of pokemon but the pokedex couldnt classify it

Mahogany Town had a radio device that was enraging these 2 pokemon, and powered by 6 of this pokemon...
the answer should have 3 pokemon in it...
